Yorktel’s Teams Voice Connector provides a turnkey subscription based service for Direct Routing in Teams in our Microsoft Azure Hosted Session Border Controller (SBC). Enabling an external PSTN Voice call to be placed within Microsoft Teams giving your users a successful Voice call experience. With the ability to leverage your existing voice carrier plan, our multi-tenant approach and an OPEX based service, you are alleviated of the requirement to purchase, implement, maintain and support your own SBC.
Our Teams Voice Connector is hosted entirely in Microsoft’s Azure cloud, meaning there are zero hops from Teams to the SBC, meaning the shortest and highest quality path giving low latency and high through-put, resulting in a high audio fidelity and an improved End User experience.
