About NJ T3121

New Jersey practices centralized procurement. State-wide software resale contract, T3121, provides the means for all executive-branch and judicial-branch buyers to procure their software licenses, subscriptions, maintenance renewal, and related services.  Authorized users of NJ’s Cooperative Purchasing Program can also benefit from using T3121.

As a T3121 awardee, Yorktel responds to RFQs, provides liaison to publishers, submits quotes and ensures custom agreements or NJLAR terms are appropriately acknowledged.  If purchased through Yorktel, orders are processed and recorded so we can provide reporting, tracking and renewal reminders.

The contract has over fifty named publishers in the top two tiers with all others (unnamed) in a third tier.
