Happy New Year to our customers, partners, and all of our faithful blog readers.
I wanted to take this time to extend my appreciation to everyone in the Yorktel technology family for all of the great things we accomplished in 2019. It was an exhilarating year for Yorktel and we enjoyed all of the ups and downs that made our ride an exciting one. Yorktel had some aggressive goals and substantial growth in 2019 and we continue to participate in the ongoing innovation that disrupts the technology marketplace. In fact, I could say that the only thing that remained constant in 2019 is the passion we bring to our customer relationships and our dedication to constant improvement and innovation.
We plan to remain focused on these values in 2020, in our steadfast dedication to “Enabling the Connected Workforce.” But we are also planning to create some “disruption” of our own. Our Systems Engineers are pioneering new and innovative solutions designed to empower our customers as never before. Our Professional Services Experts are exploring even more efficient and effective means of guiding our customers along the path to Digital Transformation. We continue to cultivate our role as our customers’ trusted adviser, helping them to achieve their own mission and vision regardless of the challenges their current infrastructure might have. Our Continuity Managed Services and Help Desk experts are constantly pushing for more innovative and transparent means of keeping our customers’ solutions humming with minimal downtime. And we continue to explore methods of taking the burden of IT Management off our customers’ hands so they can focus on their primary business objectives.
We are extremely grateful for the customer and partner relationships we have cultivated over our 35 years in the industry. We look forward to continuing to grow these relationships and the expertise they foster for our business, and in turn, our customers’ technology initiatives. We hope to see you at one of the many shows we plan to attend this year.
