On-Site Operations Manager – Voice, Video & Studio
York Telecom provides our global and federally based enterprise clients with the latest in video conferencing, distance learning, media and data collaboration solutions and services. We currently have an opening in the Baltimore area for an On-Site Operations Manager – Voice, Video & Studio. This position will supervise a staff of engineers and manage select projects for the customer. This position will also provide reports to the customer as to the activities relating to maintenance support provided to client.
Candidates should possess
· Minimum 2 years experience managing projects
· Minimum 2 years experience in a leadership role managing technical resources
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
· Experience in video conferencing, broadcast studio and/or IVT disciplines
· Ability to work closely with Account Manager to continue to develop account
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
· Ability to work face-to-face with customers on support issues and be able to handle difficult customer reactions
· Ability to manage, schedule and assist the support team in the execution of daily tasks
