Reservations and Scheduling
When a meeting is scheduled it reserves all participating conference rooms. At the time of the meeting, the call is launched to all conference rooms.
Proactive monitoring of all video conferencing rooms ensures that important meetings are not delayed or disrupted by the failure of equipment. VNOC engineers will resolve the problem remotely or dispatch a service technician to rooms under Yorktel Maintenance contracts.
If there is a problem with any part of the service, it is followed to resolution through a clearly defined process. A web portal provides clients with real time access to this information.
Performance to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
